My interest in Nutritional Therapy has always been there, but I found that it peaked when I had my two sons and I found myself studying again.
I graduated from the award-winning College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London, with the Ofqual regulated level 6 diploma in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy allowing me to register with the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and The General Naturopathic Council (GNC).
I see clients both online via Zoom or Teams and in person in Harleston, South Norfolk whilst covering the Norfolk and Suffolk areas.

About Nutritional Therapy
Naturopathic practitioners understand that each individual requires tailored advice and treatment. Functional medicine allows us to view the client as a whole and treat the root cause of disease by identifying the underlying causes of imbalance.
Nutritional Therapy can help to restore balance by using natural, non-invasive means to encourage the body’s natural healing processes.
All ages can benefit from Nutritional Therapy and a wide range of conditions can be supported, such as:
Digestive issues
Hormone imbalances
Weight loss
Migraines
Poor sleep
Stress
Skin conditions
Aches and pains
Poor energy
Diabetes
Autoimmune diseases
Nutritional Therapy can be helpful to anyone wanting to improve their lifestyle or ensure that they are eating as optimally as possible.
