While some situations can be supported effectively through a single consultation and follow-up, chronic or long-standing symptoms usually need more time and ongoing guidance.
Most chronic conditions don’t develop overnight — they evolve gradually, often over years of stress, nutrient depletion, hormonal shifts, gut disruption and the demands of daily life. Supporting the body to rebalance requires patience, consistency, and the right personalised approach.
If you're unsure which type of support you need, an initial discovery call will help us decide the most suitable path for you.

Nutritional therapy takes a functional medicine & whole-body approach, focusing on root causes and personalised plans. Dietitians often work within clinical settings and provide medical nutrition therapy.

Naturopathic nutrition looks at the whole person — not just symptoms — to understand what’s driving your health concerns. It uses natural, evidence-based approaches such as nutrition, lifestyle shifts, and supportive supplements (where appropriate) to help the body restore balance and function optimally.
My role is to work with your body, not against it, and support long-term, sustainable wellbeing.
